With 31 years of combined experience in law and IT, we help entrepreneurs and cannabis operators navigate complex compliance challenges through tailored legal guidance, innovative technology, and practical education.

Our journey began in 2021 with extensive research into cannabis laws and regulations in South Africa.

We joined a regulated cannabis community focused on cultivation compliance and membership sharing, gaining deep insight into the legal framework. We also received training in operating compliant private cannabis spaces, shops, clubs, and stores.

From visiting farms and clubs to developing custom IT and legal solutions, we saw the need for a consulting firm that empowers cannabis businesses to succeed safely—and legally.
